These terms and conditions relate to the purchase of a website relating to the 48 hour website offer outlined here 

 

 

1) The website created will contain up to 10 pages, to include sub-pages.

 

2) The website will aim to be operational within 48 hours of payment being received via PayPal. No liability will be accepted for lack of dns resolution due to the purchaser not changing dns or instructing KTB Productions to do such, in the event that such delay extends the 48 hour period.

 

3) No liability will be accepted in the event that the 3rd Party server used  (Knet) is not available to render the site within 48 hours.

 

4) A commission of 10% net will be payable to KTB Productions as a levy on all goods sold through the on-line shopping facility.

 

5) Sales fulfillment by KTB Productions will attract a net commission of 20% for each transaction completed through the on-line sales facility.

 

6) Payment due from on-line sales will be made at the end of every calendar month by KTB Productions, to the client (you) via PayPal. 

 

7) Uploaded videos need to be a maximum file size of 10Mb and be in the format, .mov, .asf, .asx, .flv, .swf, .wma, or .wmv
